So I stirred up something of an internet bee’s nest when I dared to proclaim that there were issues with the Airfix 1/72 Spitfire F.22 in my Out of Box review of said kit. Now I’ve gotten the kit finished and am ready, Charlie Brown-like, to take another kick at the football! Check out the finished Airfix Spitfire F.22 on the Planes page, and see what you think. Despite severe shortcomings, this is a kit that can be made to look pretty nice. Just don’t go in thinking “shake and bake” and you’ll be fine… ish.
