Nope, it’s not Superman, it was just a plane! Well, okay, that’s not fair, it’s a WHOLE BUNCH of planes, actually! Since it’s a dreary day here today, I thought I’d spice up the weekend with some awesome Matchbox Airplane kits! I have added pictures of my collection of Matchbox “Sunset Stripe” airplane boxes to the Scores and Collections page!
If you want some modelling box art nostalgia, check it out! They don’t make ’em like this any more! Wait… actually, they do, since some of these moulds are STILL on the market today! I guess the sunset in the stripes didn’t mean the end after all!
