They say it’s never a good idea to generalize. However, there are cases in which generalizations are not only fair and applicable, but also necessary. One such case is that of Japanese WWII Armour: generally, it sucked. It might have been good enough to take on Italy’s best, but that’s about it, and that’s saying very, very little. A perfect example of this can be seen in the Fujimi 1/76 Shinhoto Chi-Ha, an “upgraded” tank that was a threat to Stuarts and its own crew, and that’s about it. Check it out on the Tanks and Ships page, but take my advice; don’t put any money on this guy in a fair fight.
